Inventory Control Specialist - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist manages store inventory at the Beverly Hills Flagship, ensuring accurate receiving, ticketing, shipping and returns processing. This role supports cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, maintains inventory records and supplies, and collaborates with store management and operations leaders to support stock levels and aftersales service.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages and process merchandise into inventory the same business day
• Print and ticket merchandise and process price updates
• Generate packing and shipping transfers and return to vendor shipments accurately
• Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies
• Process and follow up on aftersales service and manage damaged merchandise inventory
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for receiving and shipping documentation
• Order and maintain shipping selling and store supplies
• Analyze business needs and assist with replenishment and inventory strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task with accuracy
• Ability to analyze information and problem solve
• Experience with internal inventory systems and external shipping software
• Ability to follow written and verbal policies and directives
• Focus on asset protection and inventory control
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
