Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for analyzing departmental reports to identify inventory discrepancies and process systematic adjustments to reconcile physical and financial inventory. The role involves processing timely and accurate financial adjustments, facilitating the release of customer and store orders, performing cycle counting, and variance reconciliation to ensure 99.99% accuracy levels for both international and domestic replenishment markets.

• Utilize Tiffany systems for processing all inventory adjustments and product movements in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Process necessary adjustments including return to stock, damage, and administration of Missing Assets.
• Monitor Inter-building Transfer spreadsheet and process reallocations as necessary.
• Audit outbound cartons for count, SKU, and compliance accuracy to increase accuracy levels to 99.99%.
• Utilize departmental tools and reports to discover and resolve inventory imbalances and discrepancies.
• Maintain consistent verbal and written communication that is professional, timely, and accurate.
• Engage employees to identify learning successes and areas of opportunity.
• Support Distribution warehouse holiday operations and flex between buildings as needed.

• Relevant work experience.

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule 10% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
