Inventory Specialist

Summary

Responsible for ensuring efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enable a seamless client experience. Works with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager to process received stock, maintain organization, and prepare shipments. Supports stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory while maintaining brand standards and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record inventory into the system
• Organize and maintain stock according to brand expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments following company standards
• Execute stock cycle count program and assist with annual physical inventory
• Support opening and closing procedures for the boutique
• Handle movement of inventory including lifting pulling and pushing items up to 25 lbs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs
• Customer service and team collaboration orientation
