Summary
The Stock Associate supports shipping and receiving, inventory control, back stock organization, repairs processing, and store maintenance to achieve daily business objectives and support the sales floor as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure timely accurate shipments
- Process inter-store transfers and manage incoming merchandise
- Maintain and replenish store supplies such as bags receipts and packaging
- Process ship and track repairs in partnership with management
- Organize back stock check in new merchandise and ensure accessibility
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
- Assist with visual display implementation and communicate standards to the team
- Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed
- Oversee daily store cleaning maintenance and repair coordination
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and JDA
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness
- Proven ability to drive results and execute inventory tasks accurately
- Talent for managing coaching and developing a team
