Inventory Specialist, Crystals

Summary

The Inventory Specialist ensures efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enable a seamless client experience. Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager, the role maintains stock accuracy, processes received and outbound shipments, and supports cycle counts and physical inventory in store.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into the inventory system
• Organize and maintain stock to brand standards
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand guidelines
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction
• Support opening and closing procedures for the boutique
• Move and handle merchandise, including lifting items up to 25 lbs
• Collaborate with boutique team to support client service and operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for client experience and desire to learn and grow
