Inventory Supervisor

Summary

Responsible for ensuring efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to support a seamless client experience. Supervises inventory team members, maintains stock organization, processes received stock and prepares outbound shipments while supporting cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to ensure compliance with operational standards
• Process received stock and record inventory into system
• Organize and maintain stock in line with brand expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction from operations lead
• Support opening and closing procedures of the boutique
• Build positive working relationships within the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Minimum high school diploma
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs including lifting pulling and pushing
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights weekends and some holidays
• Passion for client experience and desire to learn and grow professionally
