Responsibilities- Prepare finished goods for shipment and assist with moving materials and products from inventory to the shop floor and throughout the production area.
- Create and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Inspect all incoming shipments for correct quantities, quality, and measurement as defined by Quality Standard Documents.
- Monitor and report issues related to incoming inspections, collaborating with the Inventory Lead and Purchasing to drive continuous improvement in material quality.
- Ensure timely storage of incoming materials and manage daily movement of products between work centers, delivering and stocking parts and supplies in alignment with the production schedule.
- Perform ERP transactions to update and maintain accurate system inventory.
Requirements- Use of a forklift to load and unload trucks as required.
- Accuracy and strong discipline in processing tasks.
- Experience with ERP software and inventory control preferred; strong technical capacity and proficiency with ERP systems and standard computer tools required.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, organize tasks, and follow through to completion.
- Skilled in identifying and solving problems within team environments, focusing on collaboration and effective communication.
- High school diploma with a focus on business/computer curriculum.
- Hi-lo / Powered Industrial truck experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Continuously pursue excellence through attention to detail, dedication to superior quality, continuous improvement, and passion for the product.
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and bending.
- Occasionally work in a high noise space, where PPE is required.
- Spends time in a manufacturing environment.
