Responsibilities
- Hire mentor and guide a large team of IT professionals
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure using Microsoft Intune and Azure
- Oversee Helpdesk operations and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement AI technologies to improve productivity
- Collaborate with business units to understand technical needs and provide tailored support
- Manage scheduling resource allocation and budgetary considerations
- Leverage ServiceNow to streamline service requests incident management and asset tracking
Requirements
- BA BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT operations experience
- Proven experience implementing AI technologies in operations
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure platform
- Demonstrable experience with IT Helpdesk operations
- Track record of leading large teams and managing resources efficiently
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow
- Prefer 5 or more years of experience leading teams
