Summary

Client Advisor selling jewelry through elevated service and personal engagement for in-store and digital clients. Role focuses on cultivating relationships, styling, and using digital tools to drive sales while reporting to the Sales Manager. This position is onsite at the specified location and includes commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and product knowledge for jewelry and fashion trends
• Sell to clients both in-person and digitally using store technology
• Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase productivity
• Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and guide traffic

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and selling using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
