<p><strong>Description </strong></p>

<p>The Junior Accountant – RNA supports the Finance function through daily cash management, transactional matching, provincial sales tax compliance, and accurate maintenance of accounting records. The role performs bank and revenue reconciliations, supports month-end close and inventory valuation activities, maintains SKU pricing information, and assists with invoice processing, reporting, audit support, and other accounting requirements. The incumbent works collaboratively with the broader accounting team to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented financial information.</p>

Qualifications and Experience

Desirable

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

One to two years of accounting experience (internships or corporate experience).

Experience with daily bank reconciliations and revenue transaction matching.

Experience supporting month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, or variance analysis.

Exposure to sales tax compliance and recurring regulatory filing deadlines.

Experience supporting inventory valuation, pricing, invoice processing, or audit activities.

Technical Skills

Essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.

Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP.

Ability to prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses.

Experience using invoice-processing applications, including Esker.

Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills.
