Summary

Provide leadership on the sales floor by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting daily store operations, and acting as a brand ambassador to drive sales and client retention. Report to the General Manager and assist in coaching the sales team while maintaining operational standards at an outlet location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after sales service
• Support opening and closing registers and process returns and exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising and daily inventory operations
• Support team development through coaching and training
• Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Demonstrate operational excellence by following policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of retail experience
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong multi tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients and team
• Sales focused, entrepreneurial personality
