Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador while supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance at the Woodbury Outlet. Assist leadership in maintaining retail excellence through clienteling, inventory management, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and after sales service
• Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and processing returns
• Maintain visual standards and assist with inventory tasks throughout the day
• Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests and events
• Coach and train sales team members to improve performance
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and use proper tools and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
• Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with strong communication skills
