Keyholder - Burlington

Summary

The Keyholder supports daily store operations, security, and sales while delivering an elevated client experience. This role handles opening and closing procedures, cash management, clienteling, and leadership support when managers are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs through product knowledge, styling, and client service.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Open and close the store, manage cash transactions and deposits, and maintain store security.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and support store leadership as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and foster collaboration with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliability and confidence in cash handling, deposits, and register reconciliation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
