Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, drive sales and key performance indicators, and deliver a memorable, personalized luxury client experience. The role supports team training and development while upholding brand standards and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the client advisor team to achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development and coaching to existing team members
• Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio, proactively reconnecting with clients and anticipating their needs
• Provide outstanding client service and after-sale support, creating personalized and timeless looks
• Use available tools to optimize business opportunities and support front- and back-of-house teams

Requirements

• Professional experience in fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Passion for fashion and personal styling with a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach
• Comfortable with technology and retail tools; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
