Job Description

Summary

Lead sales and operations on the sales floor as a keyholder, supporting the General Manager and serving as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive retail KPIs. This full time role focuses on clientelling, sales performance, inventory and visual standards while coaching the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand as a retail ambassador
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for daily, monthly, and yearly performance
  • Capture client data and maintain client relationships including follow up and after sales service
  • Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and store responsibilities
  • Maintain visual standards and perform inventory tasks and consignments
  • Process returns and exchanges accurately and timely
  • Coach and train sales team to drive business initiatives and performance
  • Develop and support events, contests, and initiatives to grow sales

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to daily responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with clients and peers
  • Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with a powerful presence
