Summary
Lead the design and delivery of immersive restaurant, bar, and lounge interiors and bespoke architectural elements for hospitality and specialty retail installations. Translate conceptual direction into precise technical drawings and millwork packages while collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure design integrity and operational alignment. Present design solutions to leadership and support global project execution with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed interior architecture drawing sets, technical documentation, and millwork packages.
- Translate conceptual direction into precise architectural drawings and visual materials.
- Partner with Architecture and Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising, and Hospitality teams for alignment.
- Present drawing sets and technical solutions to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Construction teams to resolve on site conditions and maintain architectural integrity.
- Support bespoke FF&E development with Product Designers and external vendors.
- Integrate operational feedback into future design direction and specialty initiatives.
- Maintain organization of drawings, documentation, and design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality or F B design.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural or design production coordination.
- Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
- Strong space planning expertise and understanding of hospitality program requirements.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
- Highly detail oriented with experience managing complex global projects.
