Summary

Lead merchandising initiatives for the company from the home office, driving product assortment, presentation, and commercial strategies to meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute seasonal plans and ensure alignment with brand standards and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for product assortments and seasonal launches.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to inform assortment and allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with planning, buying, and marketing teams to execute commercial plans.
• Partner with creative and visual teams to maintain brand presentation standards.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including replenishment and markdown strategies.
• Drive initiatives to optimize sell through and profitability.
• Communicate merchandise plans and performance to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in merchandising, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using sales and inventory data.
• Proven merchandising experience in a retail or home goods environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
