Louis Vuitton is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our Celebrity & Influencer team based in New York City. As a Louis Vuitton Logistics Coordinator, you will assist both the Director of Celebrity and Director of Influence with travel logistics, store pulls for product placements and talent allowances, invoice processing, success metric reporting and domestic and international shipments.
We welcome candidates with 2+ years of logistics experience within PR and luxury environment. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
Successful candidates will bring strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They can handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, often within minimal timeframes, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They demonstrate excellent follow-through and are detail oriented, highly organized, service oriented, and deadline oriented.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly base within the range of USD $25.00 - $28.00, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
