<p>Position Summary:</p>
<p>The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator will ensure the timely, accurate, effective processing and handling of e-commerce orders and returns.</p>
<p>Responsibilities: <br>• Handle all product picking<br>• Handle all product packing<br>• Follow Omni-Channel guidelines in order to execute a flawless packaging<br>• Work with Customer Service on order status and requests<br>• Ship via UPS<br>• Receive all returns<br>• Evaluate the overall quality of the product returns<br>• Process the returns within 48 hours from arrival<br>• Follow-up on product status and return the product to stock<br>• Create and distribute reports on specific e-commerce reporting metrics</p>
<p>Requirements:<br>• At least 2 years of previous experience in a warehousing role in an innovative small to medium <br>environment<br>• Experience working with Warehouse Management System , Magento, SAP, and Excel</p>
