Logistics Operation and Packaging Inventory Planner

Bulgari Corporation of America is seeking a Logistics Operation and Packaging Inventory Planner to develop feasible supply plans based on approved sales forecasts and a global inventory strategy. The role aims to maximize service levels across all channels and minimize year-end inventory levels at stores and warehouses.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, truckers, and warehouses to ensure timely availability of incoming package shipments.
• Collaborate with custom brokers to expedite entry clearance.
• Manage and process store requests for JWA sold orders from overseas.
• Support ongoing projects and assist the JWA Distribution Planner.
• Manage replenishment and monitor inventory levels for packaging materials.
• Deploy inventory in coordination with the Sales team and allocate packages based on priorities and constraints.
• Control product availability and communicate with the Retail Operation team.
• Process logistics invoices and develop dashboards for KPI monitoring.

• 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of demand planning and logistics processes.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate with various departments.
• Proficiency in IT applications such as SAP, Excel, and BW HANA.
• Willingness to travel.
