Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing and fulfilling merchandise and customer orders while maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors. Works in a fast paced retail environment using inventory systems and following packing and shipping standards. Performs physical tasks including lifting, moving and organizing merchandise and supports store events and operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for delivery to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders timely following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan process and research shipments
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Provide general store support such as setting up events organizing backroom and relocating fixtures
• Assist with markdowns and stock organization tasks
