Logistics Support Associate - Troy

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking receiving order fulfillment and merchandise handling to maintain store organization and support sales and customer experience. Perform operational daily tasks including back stocking stockroom maintenance and assisting with in-store events while following safety procedures. Report to the RPSO Manager and work on-site at the Troy store with a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers processing of inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements and ensure merchandise standards are followed
• Perform price changes reticketing and signage setup
• Manage damages mark outs and inventory control processes
• Back stock and maintain stockroom organization
• Assist with set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow all dock and work area safety procedures

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing bending climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Demonstrated flexibility to handle competing tasks and collaborate with team
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
