Logistics Support Associate - Troy

Summary

The Logistics Support Associate assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and general merchandise handling to support store sales and customer experience. This role performs daily operational tasks in a Neiman Marcus store location under the direction of the RPSO Manager and store leadership. The position requires physical activity and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and handle inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Perform merchandise placements and ensure visual standards are followed
• Execute price changes, reticketing, and signage updates
• Manage damages, mark out of stocks, and inventory control tasks
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow dock and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from managers and work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
