Summary
Lead store sales and team development for a luxury menswear location, driving top line results, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. Responsible for executing company strategy, maximizing sales opportunities including digital channels, and overseeing events and vendor relationships. Act as a coach and leader to attract hire and retain talent while maintaining store standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and ensure KPIs and top line goals are met and exceeded
- Analyze performance data to identify client acquisition and retention opportunities
- Manage store expenses and optimize payroll and productivity
- Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targets
- Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize selling effectiveness
- Oversee planning and execution of trunk shows events and promotions
- Maintain health safety and loss prevention protocols
- Provide on the floor coaching conduct assessments and develop high performing teams
- Attract hire and retain coaching team and sellers and manage onboarding and training
Requirements
- 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity managing a store
- Proven track record of improving sales related KPIs through team driven strategies
- Experience coaching educating and developing sales teams including performance improvement plans
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail with ability to execute business plans
- Experience across menswear departments including tailored clothing and made to measure preferred
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and develop clientele
- Experience managing budgets schedules and vendor relationships
