Job Description

Summary

Lead and mentor the Client Advisor team at the Oakridge store, assisting the Store Manager with day to day operations while maintaining a strong personal client business to deliver an elevated luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager with daily management and mentoring of sales team
  • Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager
  • Lead by example on sales floor and provide ongoing coaching to Client Advisors
  • Perform keyholder duties including opening and closing the store
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained with store leadership
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review sales projections and develop staff performance
  • Resolve internal and external conflicts and support sales team with client interactions
  • Partner with back of house team to manage consignments, stock control, and paperwork
  • Support deployment of training and help achieve individual and store sales targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a retail environment
  • 2+ years experience in a supervisor or department manager role
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to procedures
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience leading and mentoring sales teams in a luxury retail setting
