Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and opening or closing tasks.
• Support floor sets, visual standards, and customer programs.
• Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
