Maintenance Distribution Center Associate - Battery Changing

The Maintenance Distribution Center Associate - Battery Changing is responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of products at our West Jefferson, OH location. This role is crucial in maintaining the safety, security, and productivity standards of our distribution center.

• Receive pallets to floor aligned by vendor to ensure accurate completed receipt by purchase order.
• Stage and load within outbound trailers as per shipping best practices.
• Ensure accuracy of load per best practices, stacking library items safely.
• Ensure product stored, put away, picked, and shipped accurately and safely.
• Comply with productivity and performance goals.
• Conduct operations promoting safety and in accordance with laws.
• Maintain a clean and debris-free warehouse.

• 1+ years of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
