Receiving Unloader

Summary

Responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away and shipping of product in a distribution center while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Performs physical warehouse tasks including staging, loading and stacking to protect product integrity and support outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and complete receipts by purchase order
• Stage and load trailers following shipping best practices
• Ensure proper stacking and orientation of cartons to prevent damage
• Put away and pick product accurately to maintain inventory flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Meet individual, team and departmental productivity goals
• Perform tasks in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience
• Basic math and reading skills
• Understanding of inventory flow and storage practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform prolonged physical activity
