- Deploy maintenance workflow processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Manage third-party contractors and vendors.
- Create and deploy SOPs and SWIs for standard work.
- Lead incident investigations and identify root causes of failures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and manage site-based managers and technicians.
- Develop and implement reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
- Drive maintenance best practices and improve processes.
- Provide guidance on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues.
- Ensure compliance with CMMS tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain operating budgets and meet cost-saving targets.
- Partner with strategic sourcing professionals for cost savings opportunities.
- Develop multi-year capital improvement project plans.
Requirements- Four-year degree in a related discipline or relevant experience.
- 8-10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations.
- Experience managing MHE, Controls, Base Building, and PIT operations.
- Experience in managing 24/7 operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient data analyst and process developer.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints.
- Understanding of commercial leases and routine accounting methods.
- Six Sigma, Lean, TPC, or other operational excellence certifications.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong collaborative management style and communication skills.
- Professional Engineering registration and MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus.
