Maintenance Tech 2 - Night Shift

As a Maintenance Tech 2 at our St. Cloud facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting maintenance initiatives by coordinating routine and major maintenance activities. You will ensure the optimal performance and minimal downtime of lab equipment, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence.

• Organize work materials, write work instructions, and specify safety needs.
• Identify and procure parts and materials for planned work orders.
• Write purchase requests for repair and replacement parts.
• Prioritize maintenance activities in line with production schedules.
• Estimate labor requirements for maintenance work orders.
• Conduct weekly meetings to organize and prioritize maintenance work.
• Coordinate weekend and downtime activities.
• Schedule maintenance activities with contractors.
• Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.

• Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime.
