Summary

Customer-facing boutique host role responsible for delivering exceptional client experience at a high jewelry maison. The position involves greeting visitors, managing inbound calls, and responding to customer inquiries by email and chat while supporting the Boutique Director in daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique
• Manage inbound phone calls
• Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Address queries about hours of operation and the repair process
• Support the Boutique Director with client experience initiatives
• Contribute to a welcoming and organized boutique environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fashion retail or related field or one year of retail contact center or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in dynamic customer facing environments
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
