Maison Host

As a Maison Host in Beverly Hills, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will work closely with the Assistant Boutique Manager to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
• Provide written responses to customer inquiries via Email and Chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair process queries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or 1 year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
