Responsibilities- Define and implement the Region’s yearly client development action plan in alignment with the Regional AVP’s vision and priorities.
- Partner with Boutique Directors and Sales Managers to develop store-level client development strategies.
- Set annual client KPIs and define actionable plans to achieve them.
- Collaborate with the Corporate CRM team to analyze the Region’s client database and uncover growth opportunities.
- Work with the Client insight team to generate client lists and analyze client-centric reports.
- Recommend strategic clienteling actions based on data insights and performance trends.
- Support the continuous training of Sales Associates to elevate client development skills.
- Establish client objectives for different segments and track progression.
- Assist in identifying and optimizing key client moments throughout the year to enhance engagement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury retail industry.
- Deep understanding of CRM strategy and comfort working with client databases.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Power Bi, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Strong communication and networking abilities to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
