Responsibilities- Serve as a key education planning partner for Commercial teams and Distributor Partners.
- Implement and execute the national training calendar and plan local/regional learning opportunities.
- Conduct field market visits to support sales and distributor teams.
- Manage a selling education strategy to enable commercial teams and enhance brand desirability.
- Align education calendars with a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
- Manage sales education-related responsibilities, including facilitation and product management knowledge.
- Leverage market trends and customer needs to tailor education plans.
- Work closely with Market Sales teams and Brand Ambassadors on communication and presentation skills.
- Leverage analytics to measure and communicate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
- Support the Train the Trainer program for consistent Portfolio Education.
- Host Brand Home Immersion experiences for Commercial teams and Distributor Partners.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of commercial experience and training facilitation.
- Experience in luxury consumer goods industry preferred.
- Understanding of commercial sales and 3-tier system.
- Mastery of presentation skills with aptitude for storytelling.
- Finance and budget management skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Passionate about helping others succeed through skill building and coaching.
- Action oriented and self-starter.
