Manager Education

As a Manager of Education, you will oversee and manage all education seminars, lead the Digital Training platform, and implement education and event strategies. You will adapt global education content to meet business needs and manage the education budget while driving training and retail excellence in collaboration with the Head of Client Experience.

• Oversee and manage all education seminars, including seasonal school sessions and trainings.
• Lead and manage the Digital Training platform.
• Manage, implement, and lead the education and event strategy.
• Analyze and adjust existing education programs to align with market needs.
• Adapt global education content to meet specific business needs.
• Manage the education budget and report KPIs.
• Drive training and retail excellence in collaboration with the Head of Client Experience.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute seasonal training seminars.
• Develop strong relationships within the Maison and with store management teams.
• Identify learning or behavior gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
• Collaborate with the field team to deliver exceptional events.
• Partner with NYO teams to ensure cohesion with retail excellence standards.

• 5-7 years of related field experience in training and events.
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with various departments.
• Exceptional people skills and strong strategic, creative, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Flexibility for domestic travel and working hours.
