Summary
The Manager, Fashion Expertise leads market-wide training and styling initiatives to transmit the House's creative vision and elevate client experiences across boutiques. This role develops boutique teams' product knowledge, luxury service standards, and personalized styling through in‑boutique and off‑floor learning, coaching, and partnership with boutique leadership.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring in‑boutique training on collections, product knowledge, service behaviors, and styling.
- Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors through workshops, one‑on‑one coaching, and on‑site evaluations to enhance personalized client styling.
- Partner with Boutique Leadership to design onboarding, development plans, and action plans to improve performance and address slow sellers.
- Monitor training effectiveness and client experience indicators, provide qualitative feedback, and report insights to the Fashion Expertise office.
- Support collection launches, animate client styling appointments, and promote digital learning completion across the market.
- Travel frequently across boutiques within the market to sustain and elevate retail performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with demonstrated retail training experience.
- Recognized styling expertise, strong clienteling skills, and a client‑centered mindset.
- Proven ability to facilitate training, coach teams, and provide structured feedback to leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organization, and sound judgment.
- Ability to travel frequently, lift 15 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
