Summary
The Training Manager, Americas will drive adoption and excellence in customer experience and product knowledge across wholesale and retail channels in the Americas. Based in Miami, FL, the role designs and delivers online and in-person training, manages the e-learning platform, and partners with commercial and local teams to support onboarding and development. The position requires frequent domestic and international travel to priority markets.
Responsibilities
- Assess the retail landscape with HQ and local teams to identify best practices that improve customer experience.
- Design and deliver engaging online and in-person training for Boutique Managers, Account Executives, and Area Sales Managers.
- Partner with the Commercial Team to define product knowledge needs and implement training solutions for wholesale and retail channels.
- Manage e-learning platform KPIs, communications per learner per POS, and provide technical support to platform users.
- Support the onboarding program and coordinate venue, travel logistics, and collaboration with finance and travel teams for in-person trainings.
- Build, maintain, and analyze operational training documents including registration, attendance, and surveys.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail and/or retail training, luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with PowerBI; familiarity with mobile learning platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong training design and delivery skills for both offline and online formats; creative instructional design capabilities.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills; ability to engage diverse audiences in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for approximately 70% domestic and international travel.
