Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise - Southeast

Summary

The Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise leads regional learning and development across multiple markets, translating national and global priorities into impactful field experiences. The role develops retail talent, strengthens product and service expertise, and advances client styling and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and support training for new hires, boutique openings, and incoming Fashion Expertise Managers.
• Deliver product and service training and coordinate participation and follow-up across the region.
• Develop regional client styling strategies, monitor related KPIs, and host client-facing events and appointments.
• Coach and develop Managers, Fashion Expertise, analyze learning performance, and share regional insights with the Home Office.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of training and/or organizational development experience.
• Significant luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality experience and recognized styling expertise.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and coach others, with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across the region and work in person in Miami at least three days per week.
