Summary
Lead the HR and Corporate Services finance team to drive reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights, support business rhythms and stakeholders, and build scalable financial models while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team through month end close, forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
- Analyze P&L results and recommend shifts in investments to ensure positive ROI
- Support incentive design including metric definitions, milestones, payout curves, and tracking
- Prepare executive ready materials for Board-level communication
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and cross functional partners to align HR and Corporate financial objectives
- Track and communicate performance via weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Drive report automation and process improvements within the finance team
- Coach and develop individual contributors to achieve financial and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, finance or economics preferred
- 8+ years of experience in finance or economics with progression in scope and accountability
- Proven experience as a team leader with coaching ability for early and mid-career professionals
- Experience with corporate metrics, analytical methods, and driver-based model building
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills including formulas functions and pivot tables
- Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
- Strong communication influencing and leadership skills
