Responsibilities- Design and implement change communication and engagement activities to achieve IT transformation objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR to develop tools for IT cultural transformation, enhanced team dynamics, and effective leadership behaviors.
- Draft, edit, and produce engaging messages, including IT announcements, newsletters, surveys, and insights.
- Utilize a mix of communication channels to engage targeted internal audiences and implement innovative approaches as needed.
- Use metrics and insights to improve communication and change outcomes, aligning IT leadership around accurate performance measurements.
- Promote best practices and communication capabilities within the IT community, enforcing global corporate standards.
- Collaborate with the IT Transformation Office to support standard methodologies across IT.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading internal communications, preferably within a Transformation Office.
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management and transformation.
- 5+ years of experience working in a technology department or global organization.
- Knowledge of project management practices and ability to lead projects and coordinate tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships.
- Ability to interact positively with diverse individuals and develop tactics for successful change implementation.
- Independent, self-motivated, and thorough with a desire to mentor staff and project teams.
- Consultative skills, such as workshop facilitation and synthesizing information into actionable recommendations.
