Responsibilities- Implement and refine statistical forecasting algorithms to enhance inventory management accuracy.
- Continuously assess and improve forecasting and replenishment processes.
- Ensure proper stock allocation for new store openings and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Conduct weekly analysis of replenishment, sell-through, and stock coverage.
- Manage weekly replenishment for all Owned accounts and oversee inventory execution.
- Lead the integration of advanced inventory planning tools and systems.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on inventory management goals.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Inventory Planning, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
