Manager Merchandise Operations

The Manager, Merchandise Operations at Saks Fifth Avenue in Tulsa is responsible for overseeing all operational functions and visual standards both in the back and front of the house. This role ensures the efficient processing of merchandise, maintains visual presentations, and supports promotional events to drive sales and profitability. As part of the core management team, the Manager prioritizes customer service and leads the team to exceed expectations.

• Hire, train, and develop the Merchandise Operations team.
• Oversee processing of inbound merchandise and ensure timely placement on the selling floor.
• Ensure compliance with Store Audit Standards and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Direct execution of markdowns, price changes, and merchandise transfers.
• Lead communication and direction within the store.
• Foster an environment of accountability and ongoing performance management.
• Set goals for Associates in alignment with department objectives.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry boxes and maneuver equipment.
