SummaryAs the Manager of On-Premise Customer Programming Channel Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic channel programs and concepts that align with brand and commercial priorities. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful on-trade execution and drive innovation in the channel.
Responsibilities- Understand and apply brand, portfolio, and commercial priorities to launch new concepts and lead strategic RFPs.
- Create execution-ready brand or portfolio concepts and lead strategic RFPs for MOA and the wider commercial organization.
- Support the team in creating tailor-made channel and concept playbooks for use by MHUSA & distributor teams.
- Create innovative rituals and tools in line with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Lead and report on Customer Programming-driven on-trade execution to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Brand, and Field Trade Marketing teams to apply defined strategy and programming.
- Work with Center of Excellence team on future innovation and Consumer Insights.
- Act as liaison with Commercial and Distributor teams to drive on-trade programming and execution.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry experience required.
- 5+ years of trade or channel marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer-packaged goods, or retail industries.
- Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three-tier system is a plus.
- Experience taking projects from concept through activation.
- Strong art direction, project management, and brand strategy experience.
- Strategic and creative thinking to develop channel brand strategy, programs, and activations.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, consumer insights, and brand strategy.
- Able to deliver results and balance needs for both Brand Teams and Commercial Sales Team.
