Summary
The Manager, Operational Excellence Automation leads cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, process governance, and business outcomes across Richemont Americas. The role identifies opportunities to simplify and automate processes, oversees a portfolio of technology-enabled improvements, and promotes sustainable adoption of new tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and deliver measurable results.
- Develop business cases, project plans, process documentation, dashboards, training materials, and executive updates.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead automation and digital enablement using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
- Manage project portfolios, monitor risks and performance, coordinate support, and communicate progress and outcomes.
- Establish development standards, promote adoption of enterprise application practices, and coach teams on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
- At least 3 years of experience leading application or Power Platform development teams, business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
- At least 2 years managing cross-functional projects and working with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience managing initiatives through planning, requirements, design, implementation, testing, training, adoption, and benefits tracking.
- Knowledge of process optimization, automation, change management, project governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and digital collaboration platforms; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams.
