Summary

Lead and oversee day-to-day operational functions of a luxury boutique to ensure efficient processes and an elevated client experience. Manage inventory control, shipping and receiving, facilities, staffing, compliance, and expense forecasting while partnering with corporate teams on strategic initiatives. Coach and develop operational staff and lead projects to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own all boutique operations including Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, and Security
• Manage Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management and forecast expenditures
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to develop and execute initiatives that increase operational efficiency
• Lead and coach operationally aligned staff, fostering a positive team environment and culture of feedback
• Serve as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools and act as a resource for the boutique team
• Lead cross-functional projects, take initiative, and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform duties that require in-store presence
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
• Foreign language skills preferred
