Responsibilities- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution with every inquiry.
- Provide best-in-class service and dining experiences for all clients.
- Oversee food storage procedures according to California Health Department standards.
- Ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely.
- Ensure valet services are fully functional and staffed according to business needs.
- Develop and lead training modules for SOA processes and procedures.
- Train and inspect SOA functions, holding supervisors and team accountable for results.
- Focus on achieving and exceeding exceptional client experiences by developing excellent client relationships.
- Follow up on reporting, outstanding invoices, and escalated issues to resolve.
- Drive profitability through execution of SOA KPIs.
- Provide real-time coaching, working closely with Associates, Store Leadership, and cross-functional Corporate partners.
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in operations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborative team player with effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to effectively train small and large groups.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
