Manager, Product - Bellagio

Summary

The Product Manager for Handbags and Small Leather Goods will act as a brand ambassador and business leader within the Bellagio boutique, responsible for driving category performance and delivering an elevated client experience. This role leads and coaches the boutique sales team, partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment and planning, and represents the brand in the local market. The manager is expected to use KPIs and analysis to improve team and business results while maintaining boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the business for the Handbags and Small Leather Goods category, including analysis and reporting.
• Coach, manage, and develop a diverse sales team to deliver elevated client service and sales performance.
• Provide initial and ongoing product and service training, including CHANEL savoir faire and product details.
• Partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team on assortment planning and merchandising decisions.
• Apply key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and boutique performance.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community partnerships and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related retail or boutique management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain in-store presence to uphold boutique image and operational standards.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience and the CHANEL brand.
• Foreign language skills preferred; strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
