Assistant Manager, Product - Wynn

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product at CHANEL Wynn is a retail leadership role responsible for driving the business of assigned product category and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role coaches and manages a team of sales associates, partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment planning and reporting, and ensures boutique image and operational standards. The position requires in-store presence and a focus on training, development, and community representation.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and develop sales team through ongoing training and feedback
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
• Lead selling floor activity to ensure elevated client experiences and sales performance
• Partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to execute business strategy
• Represent the brand in the market and grow the client base through community and partnership engagement
• Maintain boutique image, operational standards, and merchandising excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or boutique management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for client experience
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
• Foreign language skills preferred; passion for CHANEL and its products
