Summary

Lead product strategy and sales for Handbags, Small Leather Goods, and Shoes while coaching and developing a boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Partner with the Boutique Director and home office buying team to drive assortment planning, reporting, and business performance. Maintain in-store presence to ensure boutique image and operational standards and represent the brand in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire a team to deliver elevated client experiences
• Provide initial and ongoing product and service training to team members
• Drive category performance through analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
• Collaborate with Home Office buying team on assortment and merchandising
• Apply key performance indicators to improve team and business results
• Lead community and partnership initiatives to develop the client base
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are maintained
• Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong people leadership and development skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for product, client experience, and brand heritage
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with late nights and weekends
