Product Manager Ready-To-Wear And Shoes

Summary

Lead the Ready-to-Wear and Shoes product categories as a brand ambassador and business leader, driving assortment planning, analysis, and team performance while delivering an elevated client experience. Coach and develop a boutique sales team, partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team, and represent the brand in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive business performance for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories
• Coach, train, and develop a diverse in-store sales team
• Provide ongoing product and service training including brand savoir faire
• Analyze sales data and produce category reporting
• Plan assortments in partnership with the buying team
• Set and apply key performance indicators to improve results
• Represent the brand through community partnerships and events
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven people leadership and development skills
• Strong communication skills and passion for client experience
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Comfort working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
• Knowledge of Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories preferred
• Ability to work in-store to coach teams and drive results
